Participation to SEAMEO
CvSU actively participates in the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) SEA Teacher Project, an initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of teacher education in Southeast Asia.
Through this program, CvSU sends pre-service student teachers to partner universities in the region for international teaching practicums.​
For instance, in January 2025, twelve education students from CvSU's College of Education joined the SEA Teacher Project Batch 10, conducting their teaching practicum in Indonesia . This experience allows students to gain cross-cultural teaching exposure, develop pedagogical skills, and foster regional collaboration in education.​

Lab School Paud Permata Uhamka
Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Functioning both as a preschool and a practical laboratory, it provides a platform for students of the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education (PG PAUD) program to apply theoretical knowledge in real classroom settings.


The school employs a center-based learning model, offering various activity areas such as Prayer, Science, Cube, Role Play, Art and Creativity, and Preparation. These centers are designed to foster comprehensive development in children aged 3 to 6 years, divided into Playgroup (3–4 years), Class A (4–5 years), and Class B (5–6 years). ​

Lab School PAUD Permata UHAMKA emphasizes innovative approaches to nurture children's cognitive, emotional, and social potentials. It also serves as a research and community engagement hub, contributing to the advancement of early childhood education practices.
